Brenda Brouillette RN, BS began her career in nursing with 17 years of clinical experience in a variety of specialties. During this time she participated in many organizations in a leadership role and developed a passion and expertise in event/meeting planning that utilized many public relations skills. When she obtained her Bachelors in Healthcare Leadership degree she moved her focus towards marketing and strategic planning, where she has over 10 years of experience. Having the combination of clinical background and her skills in public relations and marketing has provided businesses an expertise to strategically position themselves in the market. She implemented a marketing program and liaison role for a healthcare system rehabilitation service line that consisted of 8 cost centers. Seeing an opportunity for developing marketing programs in the private sector with physician practice groups, she joined Southeastern Spine Center & Research Institute as VP of Business Development & Community Relations. She then co-founded and served as COO of Southeastern Educational & Technical Institute for two years. In addition, she has volunteered and participated in non-for-profits and community events, the Chamber and as a co-chair for the Economic Development cluster in Sarasota for the Healthcare Simulation Initiative. In 2007 she developed Savvy Marketing Solution to provide consulting services for healthcare businesses. |
